Activities change with the age group and monthly focus, but the program is built around practical movement, play and challenges rather than children simply standing and listening.
What they do: Move through obstacle course equipment using crawling, balancing, stepping, jumping and controlled movement.
Equipment may include: tunnels, foam stepping stones, mini hurdles, balance equipment and coordination rings.
Develops: movement planning, balance, coordination, strength, confidence and problem-solving.
What they do: Run, hop, jump, skip, gallop, crawl, stop, start and practise landing safely through games and challenges.
